Where We're Based
VVS IT is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We work with clients across Canada and internationally, all engagements are remote and asynchronous. Location is not a constraint, and timezone overlap is not required.
How We Communicate
We work async via Email, Slack, or Jira, whichever fits your workflow. Response times are agreed upfront for each engagement. We do not offer 24/7 support and we do not take phone calls. If something is genuinely urgent, say so in the subject line and we will prioritize accordingly.
What to Include in Your First Email
A faster response usually depends on a clearer first message. If you can, include:
- Whether this is agency (white-label) or direct business work
- A short description of the project and current stack (for example: OpenCart, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Laravel, Symfony, Magento, or a custom PHP build)
- Rough timeline or urgency
- Any relevant links (repo access can wait until an NDA is signed)
